    As  you will find I have been successfully working in Global IT and have  considerable experience in IT management, specifically in various infrastructure  roles, including such strategic roles as, IT director, product, project and  program, and operation manager.

    Years leading groups spread globally, developing and  implementing a variety strategic projects and programs of infrastructure and  customer end programs and projects with various Telcos including O2 CZ, O2 UK,  and others spread across Central and Eastern Europe, and I am extensively certified in a variety of IT  and project management specializations.

My  qualifications include: 

  • Managing  Customer Services for Teradata Eastern Europe and Russia designing  strategic CRM and Business Intelligence support initiatives for over $10 million  USD yearly revenue support in over seven countries where we concentrate  primarily on Telecoms and Banking customers.
    • As the CEE  Director of Customer Services., I served as the principle Project/Program  manager for all “build and run” customer installations across the area, managing  the installation and configuration of over $10 US work of projects for various  financial, insurance, telecommunication and logistics companies.  
    • In  addition to my "day job", found opportunities for saving over $5M annually.  Wrote proposal that was adopted by senior management and now savings of $5-7M in  operating expenses will be spread over 40 countries  annually.
    • Found,  negotiated and managed highly qualified local partners across CEE for local  support, and logistics in support of Teradata's expansion into new markets. As a  result, Teradata is now expanding in Belarus, Ukraine, Hungary, Bulgaria and Russia.
  • While Product Manager developing Customer Services Marketing and Sales applications for Deutsche Post increased the revenue of the portfolio from $4 M to over $12 M between 2006 - 2007. 
  • Successful  Global Infrastructure program management spanning Windows and Meta-directory, Intranet, Network, PKI and Network  Intrusion Protection Detection programs.
  • Over  twelve years of project management experience with network and desktop systems  in small to large multinational environments, including seven years as an IT  Director with the US Government in Europe.
    • Experienced at migrating, consolidating and integrating IT systems across  international boundaries.
    • Knowledge  of the complete customer support process, including experience with the  development, implementation, and administration of highly effective IT programs.
  • Skilled  leader - Former US Army Officer, graduate of the US Army Officer Staff School of  Management.
  • OSG  Practitioner level Certified as Programme Manager, Prince2 Project Manager and  Risk Manager. Windows 2000 System and Networks Certified Professional and  Windows 2000 Certified Professional qualifications. Cisco trained  Administrator.
  • My  diversified background in delivering projects on an aggressive schedule has  prepared me for the variety of projects I will encounter with any major firm.

     I  have a hands-on, collaborative team style and the proven ability to assimilate  quickly into new situations. I am a native English speaker and my communications  and presentation skills have been well honed by my experiences. I relate well to  employees at all levels.
